We have been treating neck and back pain in the Pioneer Valley for over 25 years.  Many of our patients come to our convenient Hadley, MA location from the surrounding towns of Amherst, Northampton, and beyond.  In addition we offer pilates classes, personal training and Feldenkrais, as well as chiropractic massage.

Our approach focuses on gentle chiropractic technique, physical therapy and massage supported by a personal exercise plan that our clients can pursue at home.  Pilates instruction and Feldenkrais lessons are offered to augment the chiropractic and massage work to help patients make their physical well being part of their daily lives.

We have found that our patients benefit the most from chiropractic treatment when it is combined with massage.  We use a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, Nimmo, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, and proprioceptive neuro-muscular facilitation.  Integrating massage with chiropractic is an extremely effective way to treat back pain as well as other muscle and joint problems.
